Overview

The Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems PFBCIA is an ivory non-metallic floor box cover plate with flip lids designed for flush round single or multi-service concrete floor box installations. Built from durable thermoplastic ABS material, this cover plate provides a clean, ADA-compliant finish for floor-mounted power and low voltage outlets in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.

Engineered for use with the Hubbell PFB1 non-metallic floor box, the PFBCIA cover assembly includes the floor box cover with duplex flap, two 1/2 in. diameter low voltage feed-through holes, and a matching carpet flange. The non-metallic design separates the receptacle from low voltage wiring, supporting both single-service (power only) and multi-service (power plus telephone/data) configurations.
